We think old Aristotle sums it up quite well.  The best conceived idea, the greatest campaign, the most innovative product… it can all come tumbling down unless Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems are in place, each & every time.

Our product ranges are manufactured on a global basis, so it’s imperative that our QA & QC checks and measures are second to none.

Our guidelines:-

• Using only Grade A tier, reputable  manufacturer’s (many of whom produce goods for some of largest retail brands in the world.)
• Many manufacturing lines are ISO accredited
• Many supply lines have Environmental & Ethical policies in place
• Manufacturer’s must conform to our operating practises
• Using third party testing authorities such as SGS where appropriate
• Utilising manufacturing lines that are members of APPA, PPAI or similar governing industry bodies
  

So as you can see we take this pretty seriously, no ‘little’ surprises for you or us – that’s a safe bet!
